WASHED ASHORE

Noticing the excess amount of materials she built up throughout the span of her artistic career, Eliana was inspired to create a collection made entirely of already owned materials. Commenting on her own consumption of materials as an artist and drawing inspiration from whimsical sea sirens, she explores the work she can create when she buys nothing new. Like a wave out of her studio closet, this collection “washes ashore” and onto the runway.
